To be sung by oilrig workers in the North Sea to overcome sleeplessness caused by rough seas, remoteness and the psychological pressures of heavy industry. It is a holistic treatment that draws on ancient sheep-counting techniques, the invocation of saints and the oral exorcism of mental disturbances.
